BIG... now I'm big!
liked this movie so much, reminded me of how I got stuck on where I am now...
wishing to be 'BIG' all my childhood life, this was one movie on which I picture myself for the next 20-30 years when I was 14 or 15 years old... and now that I am 'BIG', it was just now that I realize that some wishes do come true, although not in an overnight way.. he,he..
it was also a realization that I have been a silent long-time fan of Tom Hanks and saw how he grow on all of his films - from 'Big', 'The Man with a Red Shoe', 'Philadelphia' or 'Apollo 13'. It was great knowing to always see that 'kid' on him the way he portrays himself on all his films as well as how he matures in getting those solid roles.
Well, wishes do come true.. but as the chinese proverb says, be careful of what you wish for...
